Giddyup Gear – Returns, Refunds & Warranty
We want you to love your Giddyup Glove™ (and anything else you order from us). If something’s not quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right:
Returns
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to decide if it’s glove-love. To qualify, items need to be unused, tags attached, packaging intact—basically showroom-ready, not “already hit the après-ski” ready. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email sherrise@giddyupglove.com. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Surprise packages sent without approval will be sent back.

For returns over $75, we strongly recommend a trackable service or insurance. Once it leaves your mitts, we can’t guarantee it won’t wander off on its own adventure.
Refunds
Once your glove makes it home and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Banks and card companies sometimes move slower than a January snowplow—so please allow up to 15 business days for it to show up.

Exchanges
We only swap items if they arrive defective or damaged.
Want a new color or print instead? The fastest move is to return your original and place a new order.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, let us know right away so we can fix it.

Your Giddyup Glove™ comes with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Covered:

Stitching or seams that fail under normal use

Cordlocs or other functional parts that don’t do their job
Not covered:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, improper care, or DIY “improvements”

Accidental spills or, as we like to call them, adventures gone sideways
If your glove doesn’t hold up, we’ll repair, replace, or refund—whatever makes the most sense.
EU Customers
If your order ships into the EU, you’ve got 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason, provided it’s unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
